What we do

JobPort replaces the resume pile with private, double opt-in introductions between verified candidates and verified employers. Instead of candidates sending applications into the void and employers reviewing hundreds of unqualified CVs, we score fit on skills, salary, location, visa status, and experience, and only introduce two sides once there's real mutual interest.

What we believe

Six principles guide how we build this platform:

• Privacy first: nothing about you is public or searchable by default.
• Quality over quantity: one well-matched introduction beats a hundred cold applications.
• Mutual interest: both sides opt in before any contact happens.
• Verified information: company and candidate details are checked, not just claimed.
• Transparency: you can always ask why you were matched, or scored, the way you were.
• Continuous learning: the matching engine is refined based on real hiring outcomes.
