Each candidate account belongs to one individual person, in their own name. Each employer account belongs to one individual acting on behalf of the company they identify, not a shared or fabricated identity. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass a suspension or the daily opt-in limit is a policy violation.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately (via the Help & Support page) if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact us via the Help & Support page. For an automated match or scoring decision specifically, use the "Ask about this decision" chat on the relevant match instead, which logs a formal contest request.
